Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) has made black pens mandatory to write the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examinations from February 16.
Students appearing in the HSLC exams will not be allowed to use blue ink.
The Assam High Madrassa (AHM) examinations will begin from tomorrow.
In the upcoming examinations, CCTV cameras will be installed in examination halls and invigilators are not allowed to use mobile phones during the examination.
LED bulbs will be used in the examination halls for the students appearing for the exams, informed an official.
Of the 852 examination centre’s across Assam, 27 are considered sensitive. Flying squads will be set up to ensure for safe conduct of examinations.
