Bollywood actor Salman Khan on Monday said the coronavirus pandemic has terrified him.

โ€œThe coronavirus pandemic has terrified me. It has been three weeks since I last met my father,โ€ the actor said.

Khan, who presently is at his Panvel farmhouse, shared a video on Twitter.

He was accompanied in the video by his nephew Nirvan- Sohail Khanโ€˜s son.

In the video, the actor said that they had gone to the farmhouse for a few days but were forced to stay there due to the 21-day nationwide lockdown.

โ€œWe are here and he is there alone at home,โ€ Khan further said in the video.

Quoting a famous dialogue from โ€˜Sholayโ€™, penned by his father Salim Khan along with Javed Akhtar, Salman Khan said, โ€œYou remember the famous dialogue โ€˜Jo darr gaya samjho marr gayaโ€™. Well, the situation doesnโ€™t apply here. We all are scared and we bravely admit it.โ€

He further asked his fans to stay indoors and follow the lockdown protocols.

So far 4067 positive COVID-19 cases have been reported in the country and 109 persons have lost their lives as well.
