Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday shared 3D animated videos of him performing yoga on Twitter to show how one can keep themselves fit.

โ€œDuring yesterdayโ€™s #MannKiBaat, someone asked me about my fitness routine during this time. Hence, thought of sharing these Yoga videos,โ€ he tweeted.

โ€œI hope you also begin practising Yoga regularly,โ€ he wrote.

Responding to a question in his monthly radio address โ€˜Mann ki Baatโ€™ on Sunday on how he is keeping fit during the lockdown, the prime minister had said he would post the โ€œYoga with Modiโ€ videos.

โ€œI am neither a fitness expert nor a medical expert. Practising Yoga has been an integral part of my life for many years and I have found it beneficial. I am sure many of you also have other ways of remaining fit, which you also must share with others,โ€ Modi further tweeted.

The Prime Minister also posted his yoga videos in different languages on his Twitter account.

โ€œThe Yoga videos are available in different languages. Do have a look. Happy Yoga practicingโ€ฆ. youtube.com/channel/UCS_Fdโ€ฆ,โ€ he added.

Modi has posted 32 videos showing how to perform the different asanas of yoga.
