A 46-year-old Delhi man, who was diagnosed with coronavirus on March 12, came in contact with 813 people- the maximum for any patient so far in the capital.
This was informed by the contact-tracing efforts by health care professionals.
The data further revealed that out of the 813 persons, 40 are from Delhi and 773 from outside the city.

The records also revealed that that 14 people were in contact with his 68-year-old mother, who died at a hospital on Friday night- the second coronavirus death in India.
Sources informed that after the man landed in India on February 20, he was screened by a thermal sensor and as his temperature was found to be normal he was allowed to leave.
The man was travelling with six colleagues and all of them tested negative for the novel coronavirus.
“Everything was going fine and he did not show any symptoms of coronavirus till he caught a fever,” sources said.
By the time he was detected with coronavirus and was diagnosed, he was in contact with several persons including his wife and two children and lived at his Janakpuri house.
His 68-year-old mother, who lived in a separate house in the same area with his younger brother, often visited him and it is suspected she got infected during these visits.
Apart from his deceased mother, the rest of the family members have tested negative and his Janakpuri residence is locked up for safety measures.
The 46-year-old works in a Noida-based private firm that employs over 700 people.
