A youth from Assam’s Bajali sub-division in Barpeta district, Dr. Bhaskar Choudhury, who brought revolution in learning Mathematics in America, was felicitated at Pathsala on Sunday.

Dr. Bhaskar Choudhury was felicitated in his hometown, Pathsala by the Pathsala Press Guild, Pathsala Bazaar Committee, Barpeta District Students’ Union and Pathsala Krishnakanta Handique College.

Not only America but other countries as well like Australia, New Zealand have been benefitted by Bhaskar Choudhury’s website cratoo.com.

By 2020, the courses of learning Mathematics will be available in India and Assam too, informed Choudhury.

Now after the introduction of learning of Mathematics in 50 states of America, now, Choudhury is planning to expand the courses to Science and Engineering.

Dr. Choudhury secured 6th position in High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination from Bajali Higher Secondary School, Pathsala.

He studied in Cotton College (now Cotton University).

After Cotton College, he moved to Delhi University for studying Physics.

After his graduation, he has been working as a senior scientist in Intel from 2000 for the last 9 years.

While speaking on the occasion, Choudhury said he will start the same course in Assamese in the coming years.
