It may be mentioned that the Burapahar forest range has been opened for tourists a few days after KNP’s Agratoli forest range had been opened for tourists on November 1.

Apart from the opening of Agratoli forest range, elephant safaris were also opened for tourists at Kohora and Bagori forest ranges.

Most of the forest ranges of the national park were opened for tourists after Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal ceremoniously opened the national park for visitors on October 12 last.
